Teams preview
Teams shows a preview when the page has an og:image, or both a title and a description. The title can be og:title or the page’s <title>. The description can be og:description or the meta description. The picture is og:image. Microsoft documents this for Share to Teams; pasted links appear to follow the same rule.
A URL that needs a sign-in does not get a preview. Microsoft does not publish a cache time, or a public debugger, for an ordinary pasted link. Microsoft Teams link preview
