X reads twitter:card, twitter:title, and twitter:image. When a Twitter tag is missing, it uses og:title, og:description, or og:image instead. For summary_large_image, X’s docs ask for a 2:1 image of at least 300×157 pixels and under 5 MB.
X removed the preview from its old Card Validator, so there is no official way to see the card before you post. X caches a card for about 7 days after the link is first shared. Card types · Refresh a stuck card
